Because of the great need to help women and children that are in abusive situations, and the lack of resources in Romania, Gateway to Hope was founded and began the construction of the Rasa Family Center.  Throughout the past two years, with your prayers and financial support, we have laboured hard to complete the construction of the Center! 

On May 26, 2017, we celebrated the opening of the Rasa Family Center with many visitors from Canada, Norway, America, Europe and Romania.  This Center is dedicated to the Lord to be used as a safe place for abused women, abandoned children and crisis pregnancies.  This will be a home of safety, healing, love and Hope!  What a privilege we have in serving the people of Romania.

We still have a few bedrooms and bathrooms to finish and we continue to pray for the finances to complete these areas.  At this time, we are actively looking for the staff and volunteers to work at the Center so we can start receiving clients in October, 2017.  Please continue to pray with us for the resources and the finances to pay the operating costs and salaries.
