Gateway to Hope exists is to spread a passion for the glory of God through Jesus Christ to lost and hurting people in Romania so that individual lives can be changed, families can be restored, and communities can have hope.

MISSION

Minister to widows, orphans, and mothers in crisis by

- operating the Rasa Family Center

- supplying and distributing food, clothing, and firewood

- providing temporary housing

- nurturing abandoned babies

Train and equip men and women in

- life skills

- construction skills

- sewing

- cooking

- education 

Engage in evangelism through

- church planting

- discipleship

- community outreach

- distribution of Christmas gift bags

Biblical Authority

The Bible is God’s Word and it is our authority for life. If we will adjust our lives (submit) to it, we will find a better way to live. (John 1:1-5)

Grace and Truth

No matter what we have done wrong, or what has been done to us, we believe that by grace through faith in Jesus alone, it is still possible to be reconnected back into an intimate relationship with God. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 6:8) 

Faith with Works

We believe our faith must be accompanied with practical help to people in desperate situations.  Providing for the physical, and protecting the most vulnerable in society will give opportunity for many to meet Jesus. (James 2:14-26)
